Warning bells should go of when you hear something along the lines of:


“Someone needs to tell me what we want to achieve here?”


I bet you have heard that line as many times as I have, from people in your organisation.


It is a clear sign of that person not owning sustainability.


It wasn't until I created a few rules for myself that I started to see a shift in attitude and mindset from my colleagues.


So here are my three rules for successful getting over these kind of comments and start creating ownership.
