Are you ready to start working proactively with your supply chain and not just conduct audits?

Here are a few things to keep in mind.

💯 Integrate the responsibility of driving programs with the supply chain function, not the sustainability function. (If you do not know how to get started, check out more information about my 4C accelerator in earlier posts).

🏭 Discuss with, and include your suppliers before launching any programs! This is fundamental if you one day want to let go and rely on continuous improvements.

📉 Do not launch a project without knowing how to measure the impact of it. If you do not know how to measure if you have been successful or not, you are just wasting your own and the factories time and money.

👭🏽 Do not go along, go together with others. We are starting to approach a “program fatigue” in our industry. Not audit fatigue, program fatigue. Make sure you team up with the other buyers to get the results you wish for.
